Traditional craftsmanship, a contemporary eye
Maison Joia celebrates French gastronomy through ingredients, craftsmanship, seasonality and the art of hospitality. Our welcome is attentive and open, with room for conversation, emotion and discovery.
Each dish is a composition. Flavour guides the gesture; texture, colour and materials deepen the impression. Light, porcelain, glassware and artistic projections all play a part in the story.
Our inspiration draws on memories, the landscapes of Brittany, the Mediterranean and the traditions of French cooking. The ingredient remains at the heart of it all.

Julien Pilati works close to the dining room, sharing the gestures and ideas behind his dishes. Laetitia accompanies each table with a thoughtful approach to wines, their stories and the guests discovering the house.
We enjoy getting to know our guests: where they come from, what brings them together and what they hope to discover.
With only around twenty seats, Maison Joia preserves a personal connection at every table. Our FIG and Green Key recognitions reflect a sincere commitment to responsible hospitality.

Maison Joia welcomes you at 7 rue du Lycée in the Carabacel district of Nice, opposite Lycée Masséna and close to the Promenade du Paillon, Place Masséna and the Old Town.
Graphic lines, materials, light, artistic projections and French tableware create a living setting.

Which menus do you offer?
Our Signature tasting menus explore two approaches: Végétal and Terre & Mer. The dishes change with the seasons, the available ingredients and the chef’s inspiration.
What are your opening hours?
Maison Joia is open for dinner from Monday to Saturday, 7 pm to 10 pm. Closed on Sundays. Hours may vary for private events or seasonal arrangements.
Can I dine à la carte?
Yes. Our seasonal à la carte menu offers starters from €50, main courses from €86 and desserts from €39. A minimum of two courses is required: starter and main course, or main course and dessert.
How many guests can join the Chef’s Table?
The Chef’s Table welcomes two to eight guests, by advance reservation. In an intimate setting, the chef creates a personalised menu in several sequences around the ingredients of the moment.
Do you offer a plant-based or vegan menu?
Our Signature Végétal menu celebrates seasonal vegetables, herbs, flowers, grains and fruit. Vegan adaptations may be considered on request, subject to confirmation by our team.
Please tell us about any allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements when booking. Adaptations must be agreed in advance; changes cannot be guaranteed on the day of your visit.
Is Maison Joia easy to reach from central Nice?
You will find us at 7 rue du Lycée, 06000 Nice, close to the Old Town, Place Masséna and the Promenade du Paillon. Our central location makes Maison Joia convenient for guests staying in many of Nice’s city-centre hotels.
