Step into our world
The evening begins with a discovery: a place, the first flavours, the people welcoming you. In the lounge and dining room, we make room for conversation, curiosity and the pleasure of sharing a meal.
Projected landscapes accompany the experience, offering another glimpse into our world. The table becomes a living stage, with the cooking at its heart.
Julien’s cooking, Laetitia’s pairings
Julien Pilati creates contemporary French cuisine shaped by the seasons and the provenance of his ingredients. A sauce, a texture, a finishing touch: each detail contributes to the balance of the dish.
Alongside him, Laetitia creates pairings that extend the experience. Wines from independent producers and alcohol-free creations offer different paths through the menu, with the same care for flavour.
We also enjoy sharing the stories behind what is on your plate or in your glass, before leaving you to discover it at your own pace.
